Tagaytay: Containers by Ecohotels; why you must visit here for a staycation

Glamping or a minimalist eco-friendly stay in Tagaytay? Containers by Ecohotels prepared it all for you! If you are visiting Tagaytay soon, consider this place as one of your "home away from home" place to be! Yup, containers just turned 1!

Ella's experience

Containers run by Ecohotel is actually one of eco-friendly and pet friendly spaces in Tagaytay together with their other branches including one in Makati. What I love about the place is that it's minimalist and artsy at the same time. Making it a perfect accommodation for millennial.

The artsy design of the place has been created during their Eco Art Festival which they conduct yearly. Meanwhile, they also encourage everyone to have an active lifestyle by exercising. Their rooftop contains plenty of space that you can run around to jog or do a little jumping rope.

If you are at the rooftop, they could also provide glamping materials with which about 8-10 people could comfortably stay inside the tent. Aside from that, they'll provide an additional living room type of tent that you can spend hours of talking before you do your bed time stories.

The rooftop is all about how they used the concept of using containers as their wallings and bottles as part of the hotel bricks and design. Aside from that, they have a bar where you can have unlimited BBQ experience at 499. They also have beers and imported liquors that you can enjoy.

Since containers are managed by Ecohotels, they apply the concept of saving the mother earth through recycling and upcycling materials, some includes these cans turned displays. It is located at the rooftop of the hotel as well.

Here are some of their well-decorated walls and seats that are already inviting us to embrace the spirit of Christmas. I love how fresh it feels when you stay in a common area. You can also meet other guests who are enjoying their stay in Containers.

Eco hotels also encourage everyone to maintain zero waste by using organic refills on their soaps, lotions, bath gels, shampoos, and conditioners. They also sell charcoal scrub if you are working on maintaining healthy skin care. Refills are sold at a very low price and you are encouraged to bring your own containers.

If you are coming with a team for conferences or special events, containers by ecohotels also have a mini-conference hall where you can hold close-door intimate events.
