Cafe Talia makes you fall in love at first bite and sip

Afternoon snacks? Easy-Meals? Non-traditional drinks that you'd surely fall in love with? Here's another #TondoHits that will fill your stomach but won't empty your pockets! Cafe Talia in Gagalangin is now open to serve you out of the box dishes and non-acidic drinks!

Ambiance

Filled with numerous stickers about coffee, this cute cafe. I'm pretty sure that you can relate with some of the quotes on their wall! The shop could cater about 8 people at the same time inside while their outside tables could comfortably cater to a group.

Food

As a fan of both matcha and cheese, they literally mastered their drinks so well since the owner used to be a manager and her wife is a barista so their skills and knowledge in their beverages are well-planned and executed. Yup, their matcha cookie contains pearls too! It's not too strong and sweet so even those who are not much a fan of matcha would surely love it.

As for their cheesy caramel, even when we know how sweet caramel is, they managed to produce their drink so well-balanced that there's a kick off a little cheesy flavor, a little sweetness from the caramel but still contains that kick from the coffee. Both are must try for me.

Their mango blast is seriously blasting with flavors! At 99 pesos only, you can compare its quality to premium mango graham desserts but it comes in a form of frappe drink and contains pearls!

They have three sizes and everything is just below 100 pesos!!!

For their best seller and also a personal favorite of the owner, their shrimp pasta is something that you can compare to a gourmet restaurant dish. The taste is so familiar with me since this kind of dish is served in one of my favorite fine dining restos in Manila but the price is just one-third of it, quality wise, it's the same! This one even comes with a toast! This is only 129 pesos for a single order!

The taste? It has that little sweetness from the shrimp, a little salty kick, olive oil scent and taste, and the special taste that oil-based pasta usually contains.

If you got disappointed with the cheesy fries that fast food serves, then it's time for you to level up your game and try their cheesy bacon fries, it has a cheese sauce and even topped with plenty of crispy bacon bits and cheese!!! It's good for sharing! This is only 79 pesos!

This panini is not your typical one. It's overloaded with tuna, cheese, and veggies! (89 pesos)

Talking about overwhelming and overloaded, their cheesy nachos salad contains fresh lettuce, plenty of cheese sauce, bacon bits and even some slices of toast for a twist!

Currently, Cafe Talia in Gagalangin rewards their loyal customers on to a free drink!

Here comes their price list and menu!
